Background

The WMC Signature blend is a clean, single origin organic bean grown at high altitudes for notes of toffee and melon, and finished with a hint of West African spice, setting a new benchmark in speciality coffees. Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, it was then only natural that we went there when sourcing our beans. Located in the Lekempte region, to the west of Ethiopia, our Arabica beans deliver a clean, full-bodied coffee with floral aromas.As with all things Forge, we aim to provide a coffee that can be enjoyed without worrying about the impact on your wellness, this means that although we do try, our price points lead to what is considered by many as a “premium product”, however we see it rather as a necessity for living a healthy life.
